I have a virus on my computer where every 10 to 12 minutes a pop-up comes up in internet explorer always one of these

I found a site where somebody has a similar problem but I don't know the language, and can't find a translator. Any help with the translation or the virus would be much appreciated,

And I have since stopped using internet explorer and now am in love with Firefox but while I'm browsing the the internet explorer will open to one of those pages irritating me to no end.

Try a online antivirus scanner and a online anti-adware/malware/spyware scanner in safe mode with network to clean up your computer.

Now restart in safe mode.

To get in safe mode Press "F8" upon boot up.

Select "Safe mode with Network".

Go to Start - Run - type iexplore http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html Enter(ok).
