You can find many pre-made sites for sale on eBay, just search for "adsense sites" and you'll see. Prices and quality vary.

Note that using pre-built sites like this probably won't make you a lot of money. You need traffic to the sites to make money, and the search engines have gotten much better at keeping duplicate content out of their indexes, which means that most such sites end up getting no traffic from the search engines. Google has also recently disallowed the arbitrage model for AdSense publishers.

I'm not saying you can't make money this way, but it's not a cakewalk like many people think.
