the company that host it, say that the templats haven't been emptied for a long time and that cause the server to hung up and become very slow.

so what can i do to solve this problme????

the templates have nothing to do with your hosting.

the only problem you might have is that the log files are not being deleted automatically and if I was you I would change my hosting company ASAP as no normal company would warn clients about trivial things such as your problem
