Tried DeviantArt and my parents are making me quit it b/c of... you know, parent reasons. So now I need another free web hosting site where I can post my art and it needs to be free.

You'll find that the people there are very helpful! I actually enjoy it much more than DeviantArt, because it's encouraging rather than competitive.

What are you trying to accomplish? Someplace to just showcase your artwork? Or are you interested in networking?
If it's the latter, the best computer art community online is CGSociety.com (also known as CGTalk). It's focus is on the CGI (animations used in movies) and is a professional level site, but what you learn there both in 2D and 3D artwork is second to none. Best place to hang out with not only the pros, but learn new techniques to push the envelope. Wonderful competitions too.
Your parents may more approve CGSociety since it's goal oriented (breaking into the business, with industry leaders scoping the site for new potential), and very educational. Hang out there for a year or two you'll learn more about Art than anything you learned in school or anywhere online. You'll actually learn to l-o-v-e the computer too!
There's more than just showing art work to be noticed. Networking is the key to get anywhere in the art industry, so hobnob with the right people, and see where your potential may lead.
