Notts DN22 7ZS - they supply web hosting but not very good at it - they also hide behind non-directory telephone lines so they cannot be called - all you get is a support email desk - which when your email and domain are down are not a lot of use. Thanks

The company number shown on their website is incorrect. Tut tut. It should be Company No. 03945785
Now you have an address, contact the reference library for that area and ask for the name of the person who is on the electoral roll for that address. Armed with that information, then try directory enquiries again or search the internet.
It may well be that the address is that of their accountant or solicitor but if you're nice to them, they may be inclined to take your details and have their client call you, since it is unlikely they will give out an unlisted telephone number.
If you still get no joy, then I suggest you send a Recorded Delivery letter outlining your grievances. Keep a copy and follow up as you deem fit.
