Can someone tell me the performance comparison between these two servers? Both Dell.

1- Dual Core Intel Pentium D 925, 2x2MB Cache, 3.0GHz, 800MHz FSB

2- Dual Core Intel Xeon 3040, 2MB Cache, 1.86GHz, 1066MHz FSB

I will be using one of them as a web server hosting upto 50-60 domains.
