Believe it or not, Yahoo! has a great web hosting package. They are a little over $10.00 a month, with a free domain name. They support SQL, PHP, ASP and more, plus tons of free tools, and they have good tech support too.

DreamHost.Com is the way to go. I pay $8 a month, but as i registered with MDDR promo code, i paid only about 100$ for 2 years. They are very reliable and provide sweet features like 100+GB of space and 1TB+ of bandwidth.
