Many companies have not made their sites completely compatible with Firefox or other browsers available in Linux.

I don't like the option of installing Wine, IE4Linux or switching between browsers when on my MS-Win box.

I'm looking for a hosted internet browser that I can access with Firefox and that simulates a IE browser.

There is no such thing. Try the konqueror browser, or download one of the other browsers. It is actually IE which is the non-compliant browser.

There are add-ons for FF that claim to work like IE. I've never tried one.
