Which web tools will u recommend me?
1. PHP and Perl are server-side scripting languages whereas javascript is client-side. So you can use one in each category. Go for PHP, you'll get better integration and support.
2. Apache. Don't go for vendor-locked solutions, it will decrease your options.
3. MySQL
