what should i use to form an url

2>machine fqdn:port
3>machine netbios name:port
4>ipaddress:port
consider all above cases for ssl enable and not ssl enable cases

i want to deploy web apllication(created in asp.net under iis server under any website) thats why i need answer to above question to configure my appliction at the time of deployment specially url in web.config files
