I am using iis (win 2003) but i cant access the website from the internet, the only way is if i put the server on dmz (which i dont like no very secure), there is any way that i can use iis to host a website and without putting the server on dmz.
i already forward the http port on the router.

Forward port 80. Which I suppose is what you did, thats the http port I assume.
A lot of ISPs block port 80, to prevent you from running a server out of your house. That may also be your problem.
If you really want to you can change what port your web site uses in IIS. Then you can forward that port in the router. Like making the web site: http://255.255.255.255:8080/ for example.
