i triy to install the software which identifies the ports are in use. i recognized the application and terminate the application. Still My iis server is not responding?

IIS Server is stopped and the got the error like due to conflict with my local port?
There may be some other application using the port 80. Or it may be a thread of IIS that is hung on port 80. The best way is to reboot the machine.
