Hello, I have a dynamic php web page that allows user data input. hosted on an MS IIS server. With this data from the web page that the user provides, I wish to populate a table on a remote Sybase database. How do I connect to the sybase data base?

You have to enable Sybase support when you (re)configure PHP. Use the option --with-sybase-ct[=DIR] at the command line.
