Here he had a perfect oppurtunity to really lambaste the Bush Administration for all their incompetence, and he didn't take it! Why??

I didn't get a chance to see but I heard he was good. It may have been a little first time jitters not to mention the man is always censoring stuff. That could really put a damper on things you want to say but can't. Oh I did hear the Bjork-Chaney joke. That was funny

Oh, I don't agree with you. I think he did a fantastic job knowing they are up your a$$ with all you can and can't say. All John has to do is give that look and I die laughing.....He was great.

But Jon was really good, some really good jokes and opening of the show was really good too :D I like it!

I think that he did a good job of keeping to the point of honoring Hollywood as well as pointing out a few themes of the day. He has a subtle way of saying things without words. His looks are killer and his double entendres are rich.
