i use Dynamic DNS. you can use your computer as a web server with IIS and it is completely free. mine is comptech10.mine.nu, currently under construction. find a yard sale computer for 10-20 bucks or use an old computer there and put windows 2000 ir xp on it and use the IIS

www.direct4host.com but you need to request the webmaster they sponsor for the website hosting and just display just a small banner or a link sometime at the bottom of the page .... and give one all permium service
and they also sponsor for web site and project but you need to caught there interest
