Well I believe all web hosting will have some kind of problems with their clients. Most of hosting plan are shared hosting. so if you share the same server with a lot of clients that use a lot of bandwidth and space then you will encounter problem with your site. those hosting company are offering unlimited packages to attract customer that they know they couldn't provide it with 100% guarantee. but the percentage that has problems is small so they basically will ignore the problems. so if you are unlucky then you will be the forgotten one. so it is better for you to choose hosting plan with web space and bandwidth that has limit. below is resources to compare web host plan. hope that helps a bit.

Yes, I heard they are reliable and good.
There are many other good hosting providers like bluehost, ipower, hostmonster etc...
But we have been using Omnis web hosting and we are satisfied with them.
