Can I change the content of my website ( graphics,text, images) once it is submitted for hosting and is hosted ?

Ummm... if I understand the question right, then the answer is yes, definitely. With whatever webpage software you are using, there should be an option to publish, which is how you actually get it on the internet. You can do that as often as you need, and there is an option to 'publish changed assets only'.
