If you really want to host yourself (physically) as opposed to being a reseller then one of the best is the Open Source product (free) ISPconfig. Some assembly required. A commercial ISP connection with IP addresses. Think through your security plan. (And, look for any ASP options you might want to offer. Again, assembly is required. Lot's of options available on SourceForge.)
