It depends on where your site is hosted. You will need to go to the homepage of the company that hosts your site and look for a "Members Area" or something similar. You will so need some type of web design software that will let you edit the page unless you know HTML code.

Or you ftp the file you want to edit to your computer, edit it and ftp it back to the site. (Filezilla makes it easy.)

What web host are you using. Do you have cpanel. If not cpanel is great and i highly recommend getting it. Check out http://www.whackahost.com for hosting reviews and hosts that offer cpanel. THey also answer questions one on one and point you in the right direction.
