How can I understand ,where is my hosting (data center)?
If you are asking about your website and where is it hosted, just do a "who is" search on what ever the name of your website is.
It will give you contact info, addresses if available, etc and IP address info.
You can do a trace route to that IP using the MSDOS prompt to see how many hops you are away from it.
