The hosting company where my deactivated domain is parked is using it as space for advertising. Is it possible to use htaccess or other way to simply make the domain 100% unavaible?
How can I shutdown a domain? I don't want the hosting company using it!?
If you got the domain from the hosting company, it may belong to them in which case you can do nothing. Check the registration
If you already had the domain registered in your name before you signed up with the hosting company, or they "sold" the name to you, what they are doing is illegal.
As the other answer said, simply change the registration to another "address", but ONLY if it is YOUR domain, and not the hosting company's.

If it is registered though godaddy or similar domain registration service. Just change the DNS to go to another hosting company.
