I cannot get them to fix a problem that I have with posted pictures.

I don't have experience with them but I own eVentureBiz.com. We are a different kind of hosting company in that I leave the hosting tech stuff to others while I personally get involved helping people when I can.

OMG they suck!! Try hostgator instead, startlogic has really BAD support...run now, trust me on this.
