i am not sure if i can put google absense advertisement on the forum that i create from free hosting?

when i sign up for free hosting website and they have the Term and Condition like i cannot put ads on the website or forum

Yes you can still do it you wont get in trouble.

You can add a link to Google on your site but they will add there advertisment .
