Can i get a free webpage and hosting. everyone i have seen asks for money?
The only one I know of is Geocities from Yahoo!. Back in the late 90's there was Homestead but they did away with the free hosting and decided to charge money. Sucks for them they lost a lot of traffic.

You can make the site on Yahoo's geocities...
And you can have its own domain name at www.dot.tk. Yes, it's free!! (unfortunately, there are ads and pop-ups, so I would recommend you have your main site accessed by a new window)

if you want a unique URL/address (like www.mywebpage.com) then you'll end up having to pay for it... if you were to find a free hosting company you'd end up with TONS of advertisement on your page and would be extremely limited by transfer limits and storage space... if you don't need a unique address... there are lots of options

Try getting a Wet Paint account- just type in wetpaint to your search engine and I'm sure you can figure it out from there!
