I'm looking for either a hosted solution, or an open source solution, that would allow me to run a "Yahoo! Answers" or "Experts Exchange"-like service but only for a closed group of users (i.e. a corporation). Does any such offering exist?

I'd think just a wiki with comment function enabled would do the trick. all sorts of such projects hanging out on sourceforge
