I need to host a corporate hosting and email, and im looking cheap and reliable, good value hosting, with good customer service.

Well, I like Hasweb, cheap, reliable and excellent email support. If you have to call them you are a little out of luck. Otherwise, excellent, great uptime too. Their servers are located in sunny Florida.
