Before moving into another states, what steps has to be taken?
We are getting 50 new customers a month, by doing marketing in a way of advertisements in the newspapers. BUT there are some comanies who are getting more than 200 customers and they are not even giving ads in the local newspapers. HOW they are getting that much business? even our pricing are less then their's.
In Technical support, we are always ready, on Mobile Phones, Yahoo Chat and email. We have an office just like others.
