Is There Any Web host Service Cheaper than this ?
I have never seen a web hosting company cheaper than 1 dollar per month. I think you should be careful though, notice how one thing that isn't on that list is any kind of customer service?
If you have a problem, you will be out of luck. Go with godaddy or something that costs a few dollars more. I like godaddy because there is always someone you can call if you need help with anything, and they speak english.

Not that i know of but that kind of price sounds pretty shady. That's TOO cheap. too cheap to even cover the visa transaction to make that payment.
Plus 5GB of bandwidth is dismal for any "real" traffic.
