well im looking all over the place but i cant seem to find a good web host.
im going to start a blog and i need to support more than 1 million visitors a day with unlimited email accounts. anyone know a good host for those requirements?

Personally, I'm partial to Dreamhost. I use it for several of my websites, and for the money it can't be beat (over 1TB bandwidth/mo. & 20GB storage).
They do limit the number of email accounts you can have, but at something outrageous like 25,000 accounts and unlimited email redirects, it's not likely you'll ever hit the limit.
With regards to the blogging software, Wordpress is one of the most popular pieces of blogging software out there, and incredibly customizable.
