Yahoo Is Blocking My Emails!? [Imwebhost]

I cannot send from my work email address to any Yahoo! mail account. It doesn't show up in the spam folder, it just never makes it for some reason. I thought it might have been the server we were hosting the domain on, but we are on a totally new server and are still experiencing issues. Does Yahoo have a senders blacklist and can I check and see if our domain is on it?
