Why am I not recieving all my emails? They aren't in my junk ..    [Imwebhost]

My friend tried to send the email again by replying to my email, and still no email. Then today another friends said she sent me an email and I never got it. She's with comcast but the other friend has a different host. HELP!!! I don't know what to do about it and I don't want to have to pay $30 to talk to someone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You may have an email virus/bug. It attacks your email account and your address book. It can come from opening a Spam email or from opening a regular email that had the virus/bug attached without the sender knowing. Try this.......

Click on your Start Menu, go to Programs, go to your (ISP) Internet Service Provider (Comcast, NetZero, AOL.....) go to Support and option to Restore. This will restore your computer back to the last date it was working properly on line.

Now go back to your email and try again. If it doesn't work, restart your computer and then try again.

Here is some important information you may or may not know (sorry this is so long)..........

There is never a good reason to save Spam. (Even if you have another email account, you should have similar options) I recommend the following email adjustments:

To STOP receiving unwanted (Spam/Bulk/Junk) email, do the following:

Log into your Email, go to Options (upper right hand side). Go through all your settings and don't forget to save them too.
