Ideally what I want to do is find a website that will allow me to:

1) Upload my .flv video on their site. I am willing to pay for this service.

2) They host it. I don't have to create a website.

3) In the end I get a LINK that I can email out to people - They click on it, and they watch the video. Ideally I want them to be able to watch the video on a player, with minimal advertising.

I do not want to have to create a website, host it, and go the whole html route.

This is an informative sales video that my company has created, so I am excluding anything simple and obvious, like: YouTube, Google, etc. I want this to look professional. Like I said before: We're willing to pay a monthly fee.

Do a search for Flash Video Hosting....I found a buch , I just picked that one there at random..

Any hoster should be able to do this for you, but check into it first, but here is the code, then what i would do is just when adding a new video make it the same name and then upload it to the website either (webbased or ftp based). Easiest way i would have to say, and i've been designing websites for a very long time.
