Hi there.

My web host's mail servers don't seem able to send messages to yahoo email addresses lately. I've contacted them and they say they've got in touch with Yahoo but not received a reply.

It's becoming a bit annoying and inconvenient so I was wondering if anyone know's what department at Yahoo one could contact to find out why their servers are blocked and if it can be corrected.

I had this same problem and it was caused by me NOT having my Yahoo email address in the e-mail address box in the Outlook express account.

tools > accounts > default acct , properties > tab general > e-mail address: > your_email@yahoo.co.uk.

This validation has recently changed because it never used to be a problem and was one of the reasons why I chose Yahoo because you could put a different email address to the Yahoo one in this box.

I assume Yahoo have added this check in order to counteract spam in some way.
