I am the "IT" in some company and the real Techs are too busy fixing this.
The person Forwarded an email from the "Sent" file to two people and she got this reply
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at Company.com.(not the real domain name)
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

There is approx 15 more addresses like that. I found a program "Attached" to Outlook named "Bonjour". I uninstalled it, of course. I am pretty sure it's that it was the cause. I did a virus scan and I got nothing.

I think you can receive that message if the person no longer has that exact e-mail address.....maybe they've changed their address.

either the company is screening email going through it or that emai laddy is not longer valid, alot of comapnis now scvreen all intenral and external email employess send
permentant fatal erros mean the email address is no longer valid
