Olympic Games concept logos? [Imwebhost]

Right now I am currently making a concept logo for the 2020 Summer Olympics. What would be the IOC's email address if I'm going to send my concept logo? I have tried sending it to "pressoffice@olympic.org", but that address is exclusively for media relations only.

Trivia: The Philippine Olympic Committee has expressed interest in securing the rights for the 2018 Asian Games and will try to bid together with the Japanese city of Hiroshima for the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Games. Manila never hosted an Olympiad before while Japan hosted the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo. Manila was the site of the 2nd Asian Games in 1954, and had hosted the Southeast Asian Games in 1981, 1991 and 2005. It also hosted the FIBA World Championships in 1978, and the World Pool Championships in 2006 and 2007. To boost its bid, the Philippines plans to construct a bigger and better stadium in the Pasay Reclamation Area, and other temporary and permanent sports facilities.
