Network Help!?
try the following:
PC1 (host) - click COntrol Panel -> Network connections. You should see at least 2 connections there. Click on the connection that is the one that gets the Internet (the USB one) - make that one shared by right clicking on it, then properties -. advanced - "allow other network users to connect .... " must be ticked.
Again when you right click on it select Internet protocol (TCP/IP) and clik properties - make the settings on "Obtain ip address automatically" and "obtain DNS servers automatically"
right click on the other connection (from your netweork card, if you're not sure wich one is that unplu the cable and you'll see the message "network cable unplugged") - right click on it, select Internet protocol (TCP/IP), click properties - click "use the following ip address and type 192.168.0.1, subnet mask - 255.255.255.0), leave leave default getaway blank. Select "Use the follwing DNS server addresses" but leave them blank.
