i scaned a paper i want to email someone i have persons email address correct 100% sure i go to send and pops up error occured the host smtp could not be found make sure you entered server name crrectly i have no idea computer languge what that means email pg says at top send copy check under says to: i enter address correctlyput subject and atttach:is filled out then i press send but nothing happens cant find host??????????????/not sure what that is but how can i succsefully send a scanned document without issues?

SMTP is the outgoing mail server. This is not the address of the person sending to but infact the first place the message goes to. You will need to find this out from your email provider. e.g. I have mail provided with my ntl internet and there smtp is smtp.ntlworld.com. You will need to find this out and put it in.
If you don't have an email provider you will need to get 1.

Check wit your ISP to see if your email configuration settings are correct. If you give them the error message, they can guide you through the steps to fix the problem.
