I have a billing problem with my yahoo-hosted website and after 110.03 minutes on hold my minutes and my battery both gave out at the same time. I can't find any way to get email or chat help via the website. How do you reach an actual person?

Their wait time today for phone calls to 1 800 3180783 relating to web hosting issues is over an hour, so I sent an email, although they have not been fast with that in the past. They say these will be answered within 24 hours. You can call the SALES department and tell them of your problem, and ask them if they want to lose you as a customer, and if not, can they make sure you speak to a person TODAY.

As much as I love Yahoo, I am disappointed by their lack of good customer service. I tried getting information about buying advertising on Yahoo, once, and couldn't even get them to call me back on that! I think maybe a letter to the investor relations department, or buying some shares and going to annual meetings or issuing press releases may get their attention.

Whenever I need corporate contact info I go to yahoo! or google FINANCE.
