I can't access websites hosted in this company www.j-navi.net that other people can access. My website is hosted there including www.kidsjapan.com which I couldn't also access including FTP, POP3/email protocols. I think this is a problem with my ADSL ISP because I can access them if I use my ISP's dialup.

Anyway, if I use proxy servers like www.freeproxyserver.net, I can access kidsjapan. But the most important is do you know some FREE proxy servers I can use to use FTP and POP3 ? Or do you know any other technique to access those websites?

Also, FYI, I can access www.naviservers.net which is an exact copy of www.j-navi.net. I wonder why.
