This is the error message:

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:

host c.mx.mail.yahoo.com [68.142.237.182]: 554 Message not allowed - UP Email not accepted for policy reasons. Please visit http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/defer...

The address is valid - I'm not sending spam, or anything else against policy or too many e-mails - I sent only one to her yahoo. I retried about 5 times, though the messgae returned. I tried from my own ISP, then hotmail then the web - all returned? She just e-mailed me today and this happened a few weeks before also - then for some reson the message got through wne I reposted it days later.

It's very frustrating. I was wonderring if somoene could help with this?

See this post. It was probably a temp tech issue and that is why it worked a few days later.
