I'm open to see how many posts are made. What I am looking for is a site hoster that is completely free, or has basic packages. I'm not looking for a stand alone website, since you have to pay for those.
If you have a website (even just a subdomain on one) that has great features please post a link!
I'm looking for:
1) Good amount of file storage (100MB or higher)
2) Supports Hotlinks
3) FTP access (not a must, but would help out)
3) Available free subdomain (like "yoursite.fortunecity.com) so you don't have to pay for a domain listing.

It's low on storage (60MB) but you are allowed more than one account.
FTP is easy.
Free subdomains - absolutely
Don't know about Hotlinks. I don't use them.
It's much more stable than it used to be. I haven't had an outage in about 1.5 years.
The imbedded banners are VERY unobtrusive, which I think is their best point.
