I asked this question week ago and ppl asnwered that I have to register domain and get web host from godaddy.com. Then what do I do? I'm newb. How do I start decorate the site? Oh and what is web host do?

You can get several different sites that will let you do it free like e.g. freewebs, tripod etc or you can do it professionally but it costs money
