Nowhere. Domains have to be registered, and there is a fee for that.
Where can i find free domains ? No fees at all ? Also I must be able to name the domain?
Sorry, but I don't think they exist. even if you get one for really cheap, the server floods it with ads. Try going to www.freewebs.com. It's twenty dollars a year but has absolutly no ads, and you can name it yourself.

you can probably, download a cracked version of server 2003, and set up your own domain, but noone will ever find it because you still have to register it with a DNS server which wont be free.

Like.. nowhere.
Domain names cost money. There's a company for every .com .net .nu etc website out there including ones that haven't been made yet.. and they WILL charge you for owning one. It's just how they roll.
You CAN get a free subdomain. There are a lot of websites owned by people already who are willing to grant you a subdomain of your choosing.. meaning your url will look like "http://your-name.thesite.com" or.. "http://www.thesite.com/yourname"
Settle for that.. especially if you're a beginner webdesigner.. because it's FREE and if you get friendly with your webmaster/webmistress.. maybe they'll allow you a little more.
That is.. until you buy your own domain.
