ok i would love for someone to give me directions on who i need to see about taking a great idea and making it into reality..i have domain names and logos...please help..the idea is burning a hole in my head and as far as i see it it will be a great tool for anybody on this planet to use...or course this is for the internet....thank you

if you are looking for the forms/process for documenting your idea in an exclusive way you should seek an IP Lawyer. Intellectual Property (IP) law is complex and you woudl be best served by a lawyer versed in its various facets. Just google IP lawyer.
If you are looking for people to help you or funding, then you need to look at somethign like a business grant ( they will guide you through the process of developing a sound business plan including R&D, marketing and management), but they can be (upfront) costly.
The link below is to the US patent office, that actually grants the Patents, but it is a long and lengthy process and probably oen you do not wish to do without an IP lawyer.
