I would like to register a new website and give people free advice on Housing, Anti Social Behaviour, Community Safety. I would also like my visitors to be able to add their listing and comments on my site. What name would you suggest? Is there any readymade template availabfor me to use.

All Boils down to branding, don't confuse people, keep things simple. Stick to the Shanti Brand and that way you will get known in Braintree, so your first name would stay as ShantiBraintree.co.uk which would be like the your head office for all the Shanti products,

You would then have

ShantiIndiancusine.co.uk (obvious what thats for)

Shantihomes.co.uk (anyone worked this one out)

Shantifinance.co.uk (yes you've guessed it)

The website address you have at the moment would then have links to these titles, however in terms of keyword submissions they would all have independent keywords, the costs of having the extra domain names is worth it for the keywords in each individual business, you also wouldn't then lose the name and branding that you have already established.
