If you mean "www.yoursitename.com" then I only know of a .TK domain host. Just earch for TK in a search engine and you should find it.
If you want "www.somesite.com/yoursitehere" or "yoursitename.somesite.com" then I think Freewebs supports both ways. Or even Blogger/BlogSpot.
