I can possibly create the site myself or might be willing to pay a few hundred dollars to have someone create it for me. I would like to have a Web 2.0 type site where users are able to interact with it. The site would have to be one that generates enough money to support itself and cover expenses to create it and ongoing expenses like hosting costs and any costs to get information, images, and enough to pay someone to manage it and still produce a profit of maybe $12,000 a year.

If not a Web 2.0 site then any type of non-adult site that has a potential to make a potential $1000 a month or more and be able to be run by one person part-time. I do have other domain names, see www.luckydomainlist.com for some of them that could instead be used.

I think if there was a way to build a website for a "few hundred dollars" that would give a MINIMUM return of $1000 per month, peolpe woudn't be on here telling you how, they'd be doing it themselves.
