I very strongly doubt that you would get a .com for free without having to pay for a hosting package. Many hosts will offer you a free domain if only u buy one of their hosting packages. However you can get www.arpit357.tk for free here: http://www.dot.tk/en/index.html

For a free host, do a search of "free hosting" on yahoo or google. There's a site that would host for free if you have your own domain name but cant remember the url now!
