These don't give anything but a name such as, "Steve". no domain, how is this allowed? My bulk mail is full of them. I'm not about to open them but want it to stop. The blocker won't block the name without the domain. Does'nt the sender have to put it in the "From" box? If not what the *#!! is it for then, those stupid enough to use it?

If a from address is in the form NAME<address@somthing.com> only NAME will show up as sender. When you display the mail you will see the complete address. It is probably invalid anyway so blocking it will serve no purpose.

There is no chance of getting a virus from viewing email. You must open and run an attachment to have a problem. Report It
