Yes, it is safe to open. The Domain Keys verification is something Yahoo does internally to make sure that messages come from where they say they're coming from (i.e. if a message comes from someone@earthlink.net, Yahoo does some checking to see if a real Earthlink account sent that message - it's a protection against people that spoof their email headers).
